In the BADGER Lab, Mike is working on the development of a quasi-passive two degree of freedom prosthetic ankle. His broader research goals are to study stability and human locomotion.
At UW, Mike participates in outreach work with the Graduate Engineering Research Scholars. Prior to joining the UW BADGER Lab, Mike was a Research Assistant at the Functional Outcome and Research Evaluation Center (F.O.R.E. Center) in Miami, FL. He completed his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miami in 2015.
In his free time, Mike enjoys tricking, gymnastics, capoeira, parkour, slacklining, and running.
