In the BADGER Lab, Jenna is working on the detection of gait freezing in Parkinson’s Disease patients using intertial sensors and using interventions to gait freezing. Her broader research goal is to continue working in the areas of rehabilitation engineering and assistive devices.
Prior to joining the UW BADGER Lab, Jenna worked in UW’s UW-CREATe Lab. During her undergraduate career, she was an undergraduate research assistant in ASU’s Biomechatronics Lab.
Outside of academics, Jenna is a member of the UW Women’s Ultimate Frisbee Team. In her free time, Jenna likes to watch and participate in sports, as well as go hiking and camping.
